Though Jazz & Blues seem to be her forte', versatility is what Spillane is all about, and she fits nicely into the Americana genre. "Vocally, she literally sounds like no one else," and "her desire to bend and warp established genres is what makes her a wonderful songwriter."

Over the course of 14 years, "Jan has released four impressive albums", and in October 2010, she released her first single, "Good as Gold" and has already headed back into the studio with more than a few projects, including "Blue Canvas" which will be released in the Spring of 2012. There is also a tidbit of information that "Blue Canvas" will consists of all Jazz/Blues originals written by Jan.

BEN WELLS is a songwriter, performer, and studio guitarist. His style is a combination of country and blues with that nice feel of B.B. King meets Vince Gill. CAROLINE VERNER is a native of Savannah, GA with a degree in journalism. She's a poet, a writer of short stories and also a songwriter. DIANA GIBSON KELLEY currently lives in Nashville as a full-time songwriter. She won the grand prize NSAI/CMT Song Competition for her song "Hard to Stumble" which landed her a single song publishing contract with Ah-Ha Music Group. Fred Knobloch, is from Jackson, Mississippi and currently resides in Nashville, TN as one of the leading songwriters. JACK SHERMAN is a Los Angeles studio guitarist and songwriter who was formerly a member of The Red Hot Chili Peppers. He has also worked with Bob Dylan, George Clinton, Peter Case, John Hiatt and many other legendary artists. JOHN BANKS is a songwriter, performer, & studio guitarist and dobro player. He's somewhat of a renaissance man, working with notable artists, including Ben E. King, Ray Charles, Bob Hope, Herbie Mann, Johnny Winter, George Jones, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, etc. MARC CORDRAY is a studio and performing percussionist/drummer earning a baccalaureate degree from Berklee School of Music. He completed his graduate studies at the New England Conservatory studying with a few great jazz musicians including Bob Moses and Dave Holland. Versatility is the key to this dynamic young man as he can blend into any genre without missing a beat. MIKE STEWART has been a front line soldier in the world of songwriting and recordings in Nashville for over 20 years. He's recorded with artists such as Delbert McClinton, Buddy Guy, Hank Williams, Jr., etc. He has written hit songs for Ronnie Milsap, the Pointer Sisters and signed an exclusive songwriting contract with the great Quincy Jones. PHIL MCDONALD began his music career in his early teens touring with legendary blue-eyed soul singer, Mitch Ryder. Upon returning to the states, Phil has worked with notable artists including Jimmy Hunter, Steven Lee, Eric Morgenson, and John Harden (formerly with Iggie Pop/Andy Frazier of Free). He's written "Songbird" for Barbara Streisand, "Walkin' Man" which he co-wrote with Guy Clark, and numerous other hits. SUSAN MONTANARI is a native of Savannah, GA and currently lives in Connecticut. She is a poet, a songwriter and a writer of children's books, and in 2010 she was a finalist in the Tassey Walden Awards for New Voice in Children's Literature in (2) categories, young adult and picture book. Theresa L. Everett THERESA EVERETT is from Texas. A child prodigy at age four, she is a multi-instrumentalist playing violin, piano, and guitar. From Texas to Nashville she has performed as lead singer and songwriter under the name "Plain Silver Band" opening for artists including Chubby Checker, Arlo Guthrie, Asleep at the Wheel, Steve Wariner, etc. She has also played guitar with Keith Urban, Nickelcreek and many other notable artists. TOMMY BUTLER is originally from Elizabethtown, NC and currently lives in Nashville, TN....He is a fine studio musician and tours extensively, playing pedal steel guitar, lap steel, dobro, and bass guitar for some of the who's who in the music industry. WOOD NEWTON has numerous hit songs with a number of artists including Steve Warnier along with one of his recent hits performed by David Ball "Riding With Private Malone".
